Booth Cost: Applications submitted after Feb 4th 11:59pm $250 per 10x10.
Invoices unpaid after 2 weeks from the invoice date result in forfeiture of your booth space. Your application is then withdrawn, and you will be placed on a waiting list if no spaces are available.
As attendance to the festival has grown, so has the need for more food vendors. We are committed to promoting the diverse food scene in the greater Texoma area. Each application will be reviewed and vendors will be contacted when their application has been accepted or declined. Consideration of menu items and location will be based on the following:

Menu & Pricing: A complete list of menu items to be sold at our festival, with prices, MUST accompany application. The festival committee may limit some items to avoid excessive duplication and/or provide a larger variety. If we ask you to modify your menu, you will be notified by May 19, 2025.
Payment: Do not send payment! You will be invoiced $350.00 once your application has been accepted. Payment due upon receipt of invoice.
Space: Space: Indoor Booths will be 10' x 20' in the food court area. Indoor booths will have limited electricity. Outdoor Parking spaces will be 10' x 20' in the front of the Event Center. There will be no electricity/water.
Sales Tax: Each vendor is responsible for the collection and reporting of their Oklahoma sales tax. State and local sales tax is 9.375%. Check-in begins Thursday, May 29 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. The check-in deadline is noon (12:00 pm) on Thursday, May 29. No refunds and absolutely NO vendors will be accepted after the check-in deadline. Vendor check-in is located inside the Choctaw Event Center (3702 Choctaw Road, Durant, OK 74701) where you will receive your vendor welcome packet with instructions and information on your space location. A Committee Member at check-in will help answer your questions and locate your space. Please observe the traffic flow while unloading as many exhibitors will be present. You will be responsible for unloading/loading your product. Festival activities continue until 9:00 pm each night. The Festival is not over until that time. Your space must be manned at all times and you are not permitted to leave early. If you vacate early, your application will not be accepted for the 2025 Magnolia Festival. Please visit the check out located near the south lobby of the Event Center at the end of the event.
Force Majeure: Magnolia Festival of Oklahoma and Choctaw Nation are not responsible for any acts of nature. Vendor waives any and all claims for damages.
Indemnity: The Magnolia Festival of Oklahoma, Choctaw Nation, and any affiliated festival partners will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or their employees or their goods, from any cause whatsoever, while show premises are being occupied under this agreement.
Insurance: Each vendor will be required to provide a copy of their insurance with this application. Applications will not be processed unless a copy of your insurance is included. Vendor hereby relieves the management of the show of all responsibility in connection with the safekeeping of the property while said properties are at this show.
Food Safety and Health: If you already have a valid food handlers’ certificate, please email a copy to Sarita KC at saritakc@choctawnation.com and copy discoverdurant@gmail.com If you, or any booth employees, do not have a valid food handlers’ certificate, you will need to complete the requirements prior to May 15, 2025. Information on these requirements can be found on Supplemental 1 to this agreement.

If you do not have a food handlers' certificate OR if you have employees working your booth space who have not taken the food handler training:
Food Safety and Health is retiring the current computer-based Food Handler Training Course and using Indian Health Service's online food handler training. You can access this training by going to this website: https://www.ihs.gov/foodhandler/. Upon successful completion, you must provide a copy to saritakc@choctawnation.com and discoverdurant@gmail.com
If you have previously taken the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma computer-based training, your training is still valid. Choctaw Nation's live class and computer-based training are valid for three years. The Indian Health Services handler training is good for two years.
